Trimming cutters for curved joints
Trimming cutters are essential for the production of templates for routing curved workpieces. The cutters are available as a set or individually. At least two Templates are required to connect a workpiece by curved joining. For the production of these stencils a so-called mother stencil is required. So that these three stencils fit together perfectly, three stencils are placed on top of each other perfectly. The diameter of the routing cutters, working length and ball bearings of all three wood routing cutters are designed in such a way that the templates created at the end are the template for a very attractively designed surface.

Kurvenlinfix & Kurvenformfix
To design the lines, we recommend the use of flexible curve rulers, which allow a very free and creative design of the workpiece. The master template is then routed along the line, which in turn is used to produce the brother and sister templates. The principle is basically not difficult to implement, but the work must be very precise. Even the slightest shift in the routing template can ruin the desired result. The right, coordinated tool is and remains crucial for success.
