Features & benefits
- Stops the saw blade within 5 milliseconds of contact.
- Is triggered by contact with conductive material and the saw blade.
- Examples:
- Human skin (hands!)
- Metal (aluminium, brass,...)
- Wet, freshly cut wood
- Trapped staples and nails do not release the cartridge.
- Is urgently required when using DADO sets!
- Very easy to fit: just push on, lock and continue.
- Once the AIM cartridge has been released, it must be replaced. It is strongly recommended to replace saw blades, even if they show no visible damage!
- Not compatible with Festool saws with SawStop technology.
