Scrub plane CLASSIC with hornbeam sole
Classic scrub plane with 36 mm plane iron in premium quality
The roughing plane fron Pinie is used for the rough processing of all types of wood. The planer blade lies at an angle of 45° in the planing bed. The plane body is made of solid red beech, the sole of the plane made of tough hornbeam. This is glued on with teeth and thus counteracts warping of the plane. During development, special attention is paid to the ergonomics of the planes. This ensures low-fatigue work. The plane blade in our Pinie planes is from the premium range of the Czech manufacturer. It has a hardness of 60 Rockwell.
