Spiral Router Bit VHM Z2 + Professional Line
VHM spiral router bit with ground flute for grooving and profile routing in solid wood, MDF, particleboard and coated panels. The ground flute delivers a shearing cut rather than a pushing one — a distinction that matters when routing veneered or melamine-faced boards where any tear-out on the surface is unacceptable. At smaller diameters, the reduced feed resistance translates directly to lower breakage risk, which any joiner who has snapped a 3 mm bit mid-pass will appreciate. Right-hand helix keeps chips moving out of the groove rather than packing back in. For routing depths beyond the cutting length, take two passes.
