Spiral Router Bit VHM Z3 + Professional Line
3-flute VHM spiral router bit with ground flute — for high-feed applications or where surface finish is the priority. Three cutting edges shorten the engagement interval: more even cut pattern, less vibration than the 2-flute version and a cleaner machined surface. The ground-flute shearing action keeps edges clean even on coated panels. VHM solid carbide holds the cutting geometry under high CNC feed loads without deflection. Best suited to CNC routers and powerful table-mounted machines. In soft solid wood, ensure chip evacuation is adequate before committing to full depth.
