The Vario-Bench is a modular and patented multifunctional table system that was developed with the aim of achieving maximum precision with minimum effort when working with guide rails. The Ø20mm perforated plate has a sophisticated hole pattern that, in addition to conventional fastening, allows for unbeatably precise alignment of the workpiece and guide rail in relation to each other. In combination with extensive and exactly matched accessories, the system becomes an powerful all-rounder.
Maximum precision, repeatability & longevity
At first glance, the Vario Bench looks like a conventional multifunctional table, with irregularly milled Ø20mm holes and a simple metal base frame. But appearances can be deceiving.
The CNC-milled hole matrix not only allows for zero-play angle adjustments for every full degree, but also easy repeatability thanks to clear lettering and symbols on the 19 mm MDF panel. This eliminates reading errors and repetitious calibration. In addition, the plate is extremely cut-resistant without losing precision or functionality and can be easily replaced if needed.

Vario-Bench Multifunctional Table Pro
The heart of the Vario-Bench system is the CNC-milled perforated grid plate made of 19 mm thick dark gray MDF for error-free sawing and routing at all conceivable angles—with repeatable accuracy. It is mounted on the UG Pro 2.0 base frame feature T-Slots on all rails for an extremely wide range of clamping opportunities.
