What do you get in addition to the machine kit?

Improved interface: With this 13.3-inch capacitive touchscreen and wireless custom keyboard, you can easily monitor your G-code and control your machine.
Dust extraction kit: With a 100 mm anti-static hose and boom, the FAB's dedicated dust extraction system handles chips of all kinds and protects the performance of your machine.
2.2 kW VFD spindle: This powerful frequency-controlled spindle is the ideal addition to our Fab CNC machines. It comes with a complete set of 13 ER20 collets, 2 spanners, a plug-and-play control and all the necessary cables for the power supply.
End mill bundle: The "Boss Complete" set from Fraiser contains 4 high-quality end mills that allow you to start cutting various materials and shapes immediately. It comes with a set of ER20 collets.
Advanced sacrificial plate: Simply clamp your workpieces and work in ideal conditions. Our advanced spoiler board kit contains everything you need to set up a flattened spoiler board.

Steel frame, driven by high torque motors. The FAB has a strong and rigid structure with 8 and 10 mm thick steel plates and aluminium profiles (30x60 mm and 60x60 mm).
Thanks to its modular design, the FAB fits through any workshop door.
The high-precision rack and pinion system on the Y-axis, the ball screws on the X- and Z-axis and the prismatic rails enable high accuracy over long distances, even at high speeds.
The Z-axis has a large clearance of 133 mm to work comfortably with thicker materials.

Precise and fast CNC panel routing. With a working area of 1300x2700mm, this machine is specially designed for people who want to work with standard panels of all kinds and produce stairs, cabinets, surfboards and much more.
The FAB can mill a variety of materials reliably and at high speed.

Plug-and-play on-board computer. Unlike many CNC milling machines on the market, the FAB has its own on-board computer (Raspberry Pi 4B - 2 Gb RAM).
This means you don't need a dedicated computer to run the machine and don't have to worry about the effects of dust on the machine's performance and longevity.
The electronic controls are ready to plug in and are assembled and tested in our workshop in Brussels.
Every Mekanika CNC milling machine is supplied with PlanetCNC Mk3/4.

SAFETY

The DI spindles are automatically stopped when an emergency stop button is pressed or a milling programme is finished.
