Mitre Saws
Typical areas of apllication for the Festool sliding mitre saw KAPEX and compound mitre saw SYMMETRIC:
The KAPEX sliding mitre saws are available in different performance levels and are equally suitable for stationary workshop and mobile construction site use. With the highest precision (double column guide, fine adjustment accurate to the millimetre, double line laser for marking the cut), right-angled cross-cuts and cross-cuts can be made in material of different dimensions. Mitre, inclined and combined cuts with angles of up to 60° or 47° can be made just as quickly and precisely.
The SYMMETRIX compound mitre saw is the specialist when it comes to simple and precise angle cutting. Skirting boards and other material can be cut at acute and obtuse angles with the symmetrically running fence system. Fitting skirting boards at half angles (internal and external angles) is child's play, as there is no need for tedious measuring and calculating. Due to its low weight, the SYMMETRIX is ideally suited for use on construction sites. In the workshop, it is ideal for cutting cornices, glazing beads, cover strips, frame friezes and the like at right angles or with mitres.
