Lifting Tables
Lifting tables facilitate work in the wood workshop in many ways. With the mobile versions, you can transport the raw material (such as larger wood-based panels or strong planks) to the workplace, but also bring workpieces to the ergonomic working height during processing. We offer scissor lift tables from the two renowned manufacturers RUWI and Beck in different sizes and with foot or battery hydraulics. Different worktops are available for both brands.
The most important argument in favour of using a scissor lift table (even in a smaller workshop) is the height adjustability and the resulting improved ergonomics. With a lift table, workpieces that cannot be easily lifted onto a workbench because of their dimensions or weight can be effortlessly brought to a height where they can be worked on easily and without straining the back. A stationary lift table can be used, which is set up directly at the workplace, as well as a mobile model with castors, with which the material or workpiece has been brought in beforehand. These mobile lift tables are also well suited as a feeding table for stationary machines, as they can be brought exactly to the height of the machine table.
Our manufacturers offer lifting tables with foot hydraulics as well as those with battery hydraulics. There is also a stationary model in lightweight aluminium construction where the height is adjusted with a cordless screwdriver.
The size of the working surface above the base frame ranges from 840 x 400 mm to 2000 x 1150 mm at Beck. At RUWI, lifting tables with upper frames are available in sizes from 1100 x 640 mm to 1200 x 800 mm. The load capacity ranges from 100 kg for the aforementioned model in lightweight construction to an impressive 2000 kg for the largest models. Both manufacturers offer worktops made of different materials (e.g. sheet metal, multiplex, perforated grid panels) with which the scissor lift table can be precisely adapted to the intended tasks.
Support rails are also available as accessories, which serve to fix workpieces in various positions.
