Milling template for rectangular recesses of 40 mm width - 260 mm length

The LOCK JIG doorschlossmilling device is made of impact-resistant plastic with variable adjustment possibilities. Simple and fast removal of the recess in the front panel of door locks - including 2.5mm scaling and quick adjustment. Suitable for doors with min. 30 mm to max. 80 mm thickness.

THE JOKER:

The device with ALU stop is also suitable for finger holes, recessed grips, angular recesses Routingof all kinds, hinges, mortises, etc. thanks to the infinitely variable Size adjustment.

Procedure:

• Fix longitudinal guide and stopper for adjusting length and width
• Positioning on the workpiece using the stop on the underside
• Use of a 30 mm copying sleeve and 12 mm milling cutter (ideally)
